A short, plain-English note on what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Who we are
JEET Academy KL runs this website and is responsible for the personal details you share with us. Studio: 14-2 Jalan Telawi 3, Bangsar, 59100 Kuala Lumpur.
What we collect
This website has no accounts, no mailing list and no advertising or tracking cookies.
Our forms don't store anything on this website. When you press send, WhatsApp opens with your message already written, and nothing reaches us until you send it there yourself. We then receive what you typed (for example your name, company and training needs) along with your WhatsApp name and number. The same goes for anything you send us by email or Instagram.
Like every website, our hosting company keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited). We only use these to keep the site running and to see overall visitor numbers.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, answer your questions, prepare quotes, and arrange classes, workshops or training. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Messages travel through WhatsApp (Meta), Gmail (Google) or Instagram (Meta), under their own privacy policies. The map on our pages is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. We only share your details with anyone else if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or the training we provide, and to keep normal business records. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal details we hold about you, correct them, or ask us to stop using them. Just message us - we'll reply as soon as we can.
